Courts

If you can help us reserve local court space, 10% off any/all training.

Our biggest hurdle is securing court space. If you have connections with a parks department, local club, or individual we can rent from, that is extremely helpful. Sometimes, we jump around public courts. When that’s the case, we keep the camp smaller and more informal.

Rain

Typically we work outside. If it’s wet, but not actively raining, we’ll work on lower movement ball-striking during morning 1-on-1s, and cancel groups and match play.

Some days will be total washouts. A training week is 6 days, followed by rain-day makeups on day 7-8. If we’re never rained out, we’re done after 6 days. If one day is rained out – say day 3 – then we do our day 3 schedule on day 7. If we’re rained out more times than we have makeup days, we refund the time.

Video

We’ll often be videoing to use on the channel. Of course, no one is obligated to be on YouTube. If you don’t want us to use your footage, just let us know.

How We Pick Locations

We often get requests from dedicated students to fly in and train them locally. If you, yourself, are interested in the immersive training package, that is already 1 of the 2 students necessary to make an out-of-state trip viable for at least one of us. Often, we can find a second, and then I can come and we jump around public courts as we train.

If we can find 4 immersive students, plus officially sanctioned court usage (either by a rec department, club, private individual, etc), then Alexa comes as well, and we run a full 2-coach bootcamp.

Lots of players who reach out have tennis friends who may not be interested in a full week of 2/day, but would love to do a group. If you sign-up with a group of 4, our $480/12-hours group rate matches most clubs at $40/hour/player. You get a high-intensity, improvement focused, professionally run training experience that’ll lay down great foundations for your future tennis, without having to break the bank.

Our biggest hurdle is court availability. To run the full 2-coach camp, we need guaranteed access to courts. There is a standing 10% off for helping us secure courts. We also sometimes need to tweak pricing depending on costs at certain locations.
